It was at school that I first started using oil paints, and I have never ever wanted to go back. I didn’t get any proper training, so I’ve just made my way with it, but I find so much peace working in oils. These paints are so patient, and slowly work with you to create the piece you want.

I’ve been very lucky to paint some amazing paintings recently. The subjects have varied hugely, with only completing my first landscape painting this year.
